How are vacuum-packing charges calculated? +
The complete optional packing charge is shown on the product page. When selected, the required packing quantity stays linked to the food quantity in the cart.
Can I cancel an order? +
Contact us immediately. Cancellation is not confirmed until our team replies and may not be possible after preparation begins.
How do I report an order issue? +
Contact us with the order number and clear photographs of the product, label and sealed packaging. A fixed complaint window is being approved. Please contact us as soon as an issue is noticed.
